Handy Pantry Loyalty Program Policy
Effective Date: 2/12/25
1. General Overview
The Handy Pantry Loyalty Program rewards our valued customers with points for eligible purchases, along with exclusive benefits including but not limited to our Milk Club and Coffee Club. By participating, members agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Earning Points
• Members earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
• Exclusions: Tobacco and alcoholic items do not earn points.
• Points are automatically added to a member’s account upon eligible purchase.
• Customers must provide their loyalty account information at checkout to earn points.
3. Point Expiration
• Loyalty points expire on the last day of each quarter. Any unused points will not carry over into the next quarter.
4. Redemption & Rewards
• Points can be redeemed for discounts and special offers as determined by Handy Pantry.
• Handy Pantry reserves the right to update the redemption structure at any time.
5. Milk Club
• Purchase 10 gallons or 10 half-gallons of milk and receive the 11th free.
• Mixing and matching sizes is not allowed—customers must complete 10 purchases of the same size to qualify.
• Free milk must be redeemed in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Coffee Club
• Purchase 6 cups of coffee and receive the 7th cup free.
• The free coffee must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest-priced purchased coffee.
• Free coffee must be redeemed in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. Membership & Participation
• Customers can sign up for the loyalty program in-store or via the Handy Pantry website or any applications that may be developed.
• Membership is free and available to individual customers.
• Loyalty accounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
8. Program Modifications & Termination
• Handy Pantry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the program, including point earning and redemption policies, will be communicated through official Handy Pantry channels.
9. Fraud & Abuse
• Handy Pantry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the loyalty program.
• Any attempt to manipulate the program’s structure may result in the loss of all accumulated points and rewards.
